World Day for Grandparents and the Elderly – Sunday 26th July
“I will never forget you.” (Isaiah 49:15)
The Sixth World Day for Grandparents and the Elderly is celebrated this Sunday. Pope Leo XIV reminds us that God’s love never fails, especially in the later years of life. Let us give thanks for our grandparents and the elderly, cherish their presence, and keep those who are lonely or forgotten in our prayers. May they always know they are loved, valued, and never forgotten.
