St Agnes’ Seniors continue to meet every Monday to Thursday morning from 10am – 12pm for coffee, bingo, good food and good company, come along to enjoy the craic. Everyone welcome.

Living Youth Habitat for Humanity Ethiopia Team 2015: Following on from our successful Habitat for Humanity projects over the past two years Living Youth is excited to announce the recruitment for another youth team due to travel to Ethiopia next summer. Provisional dates: 20July— 3 August 2015. Applicants should be 18 years or over and all team members will be expected to contribute to the cost of the trip as well as engage in an extensive fundraising campaign. The Irish Pilgrimage Trust: Would like to invite children and young Adults with special needs to our annual pilgrimage/ holiday to Lourdes at Easter. We welcome applications from young people with : A physical disability or illness (aged 11-30), A learning disability ( aged 11-30), A serious illness up to age 11 accompanied by a parent or guardian-Family group. There are also places available for those who do not have a disability but whom the trust believes would benefit from the experience of Lourdes. Such applications should be accompanied by written recommendation. Unique volunteering opportunities for Retired Teachers to provide 1:1 support to children, with additional educational needs, in primary schools in West and North Belfast. One morning per week is required for a minimum of 15 weeks, full induction will be provided and the start date will be October/November 2014. Bible in a day workshop: Saturday 15th November, St Anne’s Parish Centre, Belfast. The Living Church office will be hosting the Bible in a Day workshop by Jeff Cavins. This training day will equip people from across the Diocese of Down and Connor to learn more about the Bible for themselves. The one-day, interactive workshop aims to make Bible accessible as it reveals the amazing story of salvation from Genesis to Jesus and the early Church. By participating in the day you will gain a greater understanding of your faith, the mass, and the sacraments.
