ANNUAL MASS FOR THE BEREAVED<\/b> Will be held in St Agnes\u2019 Church on Monday 20th November at 7.00pm, followed by refreshments in the Parish Hall. Whilst the friends and family of those that have died this year will receive a personal invitation, all parishioners are welcome to attend.<\/p>\n
ST AGNES\u2019 SENIORS\u2019 CHRISTMAS DINNER: <\/b>The Christmas Dinner list is now complete. Buses will leave St Agnes\u2019 at 1.15pm\u00a0 on Sunday 10th December <\/b>to arrive at the Ballymac Hotel for 2pm. A two course meal and entertainment will be provided. Buses will leave again at 6pm for drop off back at St Agnes\u2019.<\/p>\n

VOCATIONS<\/b> A Eucharistic Prayer Vigil for Vocations to the Priesthood, Permanent Diaconate and Religious Life will take place in The Church of The Immaculate Heart of Mary, Carryduff on Thursday 16<\/b>th<\/sup><\/b> November 2017<\/b> from 7pm \u2013 10pm<\/b>.\u00a0 The Prayer Vigil will be led by various youth groups from the Diocese and it will conclude with the celebration of Mass at 9pm. A warm welcome is extended to the young people of our Diocese to come along for this evening of prayer as they continue to discern their vocation in life.<\/p>\n Bishop Noel Treanor at a recent Ordination Ceremony said, “There is an urgent need to work for, to pray for and to encourage vocations to the priesthood and religious life.\u201d Let us rise to this challenge and give a few hours of our time to come to this Prayer Vigil and to implore the \u2018Lord of the Harvest\u2019 to bless us with vocations to the Priesthood, Religious Life and the Permanent Diaconate<\/p>\n ANNUAL MASS FOR\u00a0 DECEASED PIONEERS<\/b><\/p>\n The Annual Mass for deceased Pioneers will be celebrated in Good Shepherd Church, Ormeau Rd. on Wednesday 15th November 2017 at 7.30 pm. We are delighted a Cruse representative is coming to St. Teresa\u2019s Parish Centre to give a presentation on \u201cUnderstanding Grief\u201d.<\/p>\n The death of someone we love is likely to be one of the most distressing events we will ever face. The journey ahead can be a difficult and often a lonely one. Everyone experiences grief differently; there is no \u201cnormal\u201d or \u201cright\u201d way to grieve. You may not be suffering from loss yourself but coming to this session may help you know how to support a friend or work colleague who is going through bereavement.<\/p>\n We welcome everyone to come along so we can understand a little more and learn about the various stages of grief that many people experience.
