A Eucharistic Prayer Vigil for Vocations to the Priesthood, Permanent Diaconate and Religious Life <\/b>will take place in Good Shepherd Church, Ormeau Road, Belfast on Thursday 17th<\/sup> November 2016 from 7.30pm \u2013 10pm.\u00a0 The Vigil will conclude with Mass at 9pm. In his message for Vocations Sunday, Pope Francis said that \u2018Vocations are born in prayer and from prayer; and only through prayer can they persevere and bear fruit.\u201d<\/b>\u00a0 May we take this up this invitation to come together as a diocese to pray for vocations to the priesthood, permanent diaconate and religious life.<\/p>\n ST AGNES\u2019 CHORAL SOCIETY 60TH ANNIVERSARY <\/b>St Agnes\u2019 Choral Society was founded in 1957 by the late Fr Black and a number of musical enthusiasts from the local community. Over the years the Society has welcomed members from a wealth of backgrounds, and during adverse times became a peaceful and effective meeting point from both communities within Northern Ireland.
