PARISH NEWS…<\/span><\/strong><\/h2>\n

DAMIEN KIRKPATRICK’S PLACEMENT<\/strong><\/span>\u00a0 As you may be aware Damien\u2019s Parish Placement comes to an end on Easter Sunday, having started with us last September. We take this opportunity to thank him for his enthusiasm, energy and hard work at so many levels. He has entered into Parish life with a generous heart and we will all miss his presence and friendly attitude. We wish him every blessing as he continues his priestly formation and will keep him in our prayers.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

WEEKLY OFFERTORY PROMISE <\/span>The collection amounted to \u00a31505.00 Thank you for your generous financial support. You can make your envelope contribution via the donate button on the Parish website home page also at www.stagnesbelfast.com<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

\u00a0TROCAIRE BOXES<\/span> will be available at entrances\/exits. Please take one home.<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

CHILDREN\u2019S LITURGY<\/span> will continue this Sunday at the 9.30am Mass. It\u2019s a chance for young children to understand the gospel message with their peers. All primary school children welcome!<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

THE EASTER VIGIL IS NOW CHANGED TO 8.30PM<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

MASS In preparation for Easter there will be an additional 10am Mass on Tue 15th April<\/span><\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

\u00a0GOOD FRIDAY COLLECTION<\/span> The annual collection for the welfare of Christians in the Holy Land will be taken up during the Liturgy of the Passion on Good Friday<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

HOLY CHILD PASSION PLAY<\/span> will take place on Tuesday 15th April at 2pm in the Church.<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

FIRST HOLY COMMUNION<\/span> will be celebrated on Saturday 17th May @11am. Due to the First Holy Communion there will be no 1pm Mass and confessions. Confessions will be as normal at 5.45-6.15pm .<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

HOLY CHILD PASSION PLAY<\/span> will take place on Tuesday 15th April at 2pm in the Church.<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

We invite you to join us for ‘Sing for Joy!’ – A Day of Music and Ministry. Saturday 26th April 2025 at Lough Derg, Pettigo, Co. Donegal. Boat departs at 9:30am. In the prayerful setting of Lough Derg, this day will provide space for the power of music to nourish our spirit and allow us to give praise to God through the beauty of sound, song, and silence. There will be various inputs as well as time to pray, connect with others and explore this Sacred place. The day will conclude with the Celebration of the Eucharist at 5pm (open to the public).
