A Biblical Walk Through the Mass Training <\/span>session for Parish Leaders <\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

A Biblical Walk Through the Mass (Edward Sri), explores the roots of the words and gestures we experience at Mass and reflect on their profound significance. The Living Church Office will be holding a training session for parish leaders who would like to deliver this programme in their parish. There is a choice of two sessions to attend: Thursday 30th May 7-9pm (in person) at the Living Church Office 120 Cliftonville Road, Belfast or Monday 3rd June 7-9pm online via zoom. CONGRATULATIONS \u00a0to the children of Holy Child Primary School who made their First Holy Communion this weekend. Please keep them in your prayers.<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

Meditating with Mary in May\u00a0is a programme that allows people to pray with art and sacred scripture by reflecting on the life of Our Lady.\u00a0\u00a0 It was delivered in our parish last year and proved very popular. We will host two sessions this year on\u00a0Tuesdays\u00a014th<\/sup>\u00a0& 21st<\/sup>\u00a0May @ 7.30pm in St Agnes’ Church.\u00a0Everyone welcome.\u00a0<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

LEGION OF MARY To celebrate the feast of Pentecost on Sunday 19th May the legion of Mary are organising 24hrs Eucharistic Adoration. Adoration will start after the 1pm Mass on Saturday 18th May and will continue until Sunday 19th May at 12.15pm before the 12.30pm Mass. (stopping for the regular masses at 6.30pm & 9.30am). Please come along when you can to pray and ask for an outpouring of the Holy Spirit on the church,<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

The singers and musicians of Canticle Sacred Music Society will provide a rich programme of sacred and traditional music, with contributions from our student string quartet, our Irish traditional ensemble, and celebrated soprano, Eilis Fox.\u00a0 \u00a0Our good friend, Rev Steve Stockman, will host us in Fitzroy Presbyterian Church, with light refreshments afterwards by Mosaic Cafe.\u00a0 All monies raised from tickets, priced at just \u00a310 each, will help support our choir tour to Italy in June.
