GUIDELINES FOR ATTENDING MASS IN AGNES’<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n \u2022\u00a0The wearing of face coverings while entering, leaving and moving around a church is <\/span>MANDATORY<\/span><\/span><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n The Diocese strongly recommends that face coverings be worn throughout liturgical celebrations, even when seated.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n \u2022\u00a0The seating capacity of the Church is 120-150<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n \u2022\u00a0Observe social distancing and use the sanitizer at the Church Entrance;<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n \u2022\u00a0When leaving the Church follow the instructions and leave according to the indicated \u201cOne-way\u201d system;<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n \u2022\u00a0Anyone with cold-like symptoms must not enter the Church;<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n \u2022\u00a0Those with under lying health issues are advised to remain at home.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n <\/p>\n <\/p>\n <\/p>\n <\/p>\n <\/p>\n <\/p>\n <\/p>\n <\/p>\n PRAYER OF THE FAITHFUL<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n DEPARTED<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n FOR NOVEMBER<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n Out of the depths I cry to you O Lord, Lord, hear my voice!<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n O let your ears be attentive to the voice of my pleading.<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n If you, O Lord should mark our guilt, Lord who would survive?<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n But with you is found forgiveness; for this we revere you.<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n My soul is waiting for the Lord. Envelopes are now available for those wishing to support this appeal, and are placed at the entrances and exits of the Church. Envelopes can be returned to the Sacristy or the Church collection plate by next weekend 13\/14th November.<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n <\/p>\n <\/p>\n <\/p>\n <\/p>\n The Covid-19 pandemic<\/span> has been a particularly difficult time for those who have lost loved ones and have often had to cope with their grief without many of the usual spiritual and community supports.<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n \u00a0<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n To pastorally support everyone who has suffered the pain of bereavement during the pandemic, and in the context of the month of November as the traditional time when we remember our dead, on next Sunday, 14 November at 3.00pm, the Bishops of Ireland will undertake a pilgrimage to the International Eucharistic and Marian Shrine in Knock. The bishops will concelebrate Mass for all those who have died in our country during the pandemic, and for their families. At the Mass the bishops will also offer prayers of thanksgiving for all those who so selflessly sacrificed so much during the pandemic.
