St Agnes’s Church is open<\/span><\/h2>\n

from 10.30am until 2pm daily.<\/span><\/h2>\n

You will know, and not be surprised to learn, that parish income during the period has taken a significant drop, which is understandable. Our Parish, like others across the Diocese and across Ireland, needs to make plans to recover from a steep decline in income since the start of 2020. Like households and families, we need to continue to meet essential expenditure.<\/p>\n

Due to the current situation the Parish envelopes will be available as soon as it is safe … please consider an online direct debit in the interim … (please give Kate a call for this service\u00a007850685870). \u00a0<\/span><\/span>\u00a0Alternatively, you can continue to put your contributions into ordinary envelopes and keep until we can receive them all in the weekly plate,\u00a0 or\u00a0 you could post them in through\u00a0 Fr Mc Glynn’s letter box if you wish.\u00a0\u00a0Or you could use the\u00a0DONATE<\/span>\u00a0button at the top right-hand corner of this page.<\/strong> <\/strong><\/p>\n

Thank you for your continued support for the Parish and your generosity to the many Priests who have passed through the Parish over the years. As we face the future together, we know there will be challenges and difficulties. There will be demands made on us all in planning for the future of our Parish, the Pastoral Community, the support of Priests and the Diocese.<\/span> We do hope this information is of help and we will keep you updated with developments as information becomes available. As you know the situation is changing from week to week so what is set out above will be kept under constant review.<\/span><\/p>\n

CLONARD NOVENA<\/span><\/h1>\n

In current circumstances, it isn\u2019t an option to celebrate an in-church Novena during the month of June.<\/span><\/strong> So, the Irish Redemptorists have decided to do an all-Ireland, online Novena, which will be streamed live from Limerick [Mt St Alphonsus] and Belfast [Clonard].<\/span><\/strong> The Novena will begin on Friday, June 19th<\/sup> and end of June 27th<\/sup><\/span>, the feast of Our Mother of Perpetual Help.<\/span><\/strong> The Sessions from Clonard will be at: <\/span>7am; 9.30am; 6.15pm; and 8.00pm.<\/span><\/span><\/strong> The Redemptorist preachers are: Fr Peter Burns, Fr Johnny Doherty, Fr Brendan Keane and Fr Ciaran O\u2019Callaghan.<\/span><\/strong> Rev Dr Janet Unsworth [Methodist] and Rev Jonathan Frazer [Presbyterian] will speak on the Ecumenical day [Monday 22nd<\/sup> June]<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n
