Last week’s Weekly Offertory Promise Collection amounted to £2823.00. World Meeting Of Families Day Collection amounted to £1735.00. Thank you for your generous financial support.
EASTER WEEK MASSES Daily Mass will be Monday – Friday at 10am & 1pm Saturday. Morning Prayer will resume at 9.40am Monday 24th April.
N.B The Parish Office will be closed the Easter week and will reopen Monday 24th April. There will be no Parish Bulletin next weekend.
Parish Hall will be closed until Monday 24th April ( N.B Weight Watchers will still be on as usual on Wednesday 19th April )
PARISH WEEKLY ENVELOPES The new envelopes are now ready for collection from the Parish Office Monday to Friday only 9am-1pm. If you are a taxpayer and give your contributions to the Church through your offertory envelope maybe you would consider gift aiding your contribution . If you have already done this in previous years, there is no need to do it again this year. If you would like to receive a box of envelopes please contact Kate or Vincent.
ROSMINIAN MISSIONS Fr Emilian would like to thank the parishioners of St Agnes’ for their wonderful generosity. The collection amounted to £12,500; which is a staggering total. Thank you again and rest assured you are all in his prayers.

FATIMA CENTENARY CELEBRATIONS
Tom McCormack, co-producer of the film, “the Call to Fatima”, will speak on the importance of Our Lady’s apparitions at Fatima for our time. His work is based entirely on the writings by Sister Lucia of Fatima. The presentation will take place in St. Teresa of Avila Parish Centre, Glen Road on Monday 24th April at 7.15 p.m. Enrolment in the brown scapular will follow the presentation. All welcome.

Book launch in Knock You’re invited to a book launch in Knock Shrine bookshop on Saturday 22nd April at 2.30pm: “The Lamb Will Conquer: Reflections on the Knock Apparition” by Fr Nigel Woollen (curate of Knock), launched by Most Rev. Fintan Monahan, Bishop of Killaloe. Book also available (€10) on Knock Shrine and Veritas websites.
APPEAL Bishop Treanor has given permission for a collection to be taken up in support of the Legion of Mary hostels for the homeless ( Morning Star and Regina Coeli) on 29/30 April, subject to local variations, in every parish in the diocese. The money collected is essential for the running of the hostels, at a time when money is tight and statutory financial support is reducing. Unfortunately the hostels do not have sufficient personnnel to carry out the collection in every parish. May I appeal for volunteers who would be willing to take up the collection after the Masses, on our behalf, either in their own parish or elsewhere.
