PARISH WEEKLY ENVELOPES   The new envelopes are now ready for collection from the Parish Office Monday to Friday only 9am-1pm. If you are a taxpayer and give your contributions to the Church through your offertory envelope maybe you would consider gift aiding your contribution . If you would like to receive a box of envelopes please contact Kate in the Parish Office. N.B Holy Land Envelope dated 14th April ( Good Friday Collection) will start your new box.

PARISH PASTORAL COUNCIL The Pastoral Council would be pleased to welcome some additional members. If you are interested in joining please leave your name and contact details in the Parish Office.

The Holy Spirit emblem on the Tabernacle has been taken from the Church. If anyone has removed it , it can be returned anonymously.

Meeting of Returned Overseas Volunteers & Lay Missionaries

Trocaire’s Lenten Campaign  “whoever honours a mother is like someone amassing a fortune.”Ecclesiasticus, 3:4. This Mother’s Day we pray for mothers around the world who agonise over their children’s futures in the harshest environments. We think of Miriam, who appears on this Lent’s Trócaire Box, as she wonders if she will manage to get her little daughter Maria to safety when the next storm hits northern Honduras and floods their home. Read Miriam and Maria’s story at www.trocaire.org/lent  

The West Belfast Historical Society is meeting on Friday the 7th of April at 7.30pm in St. Michael’s Parish Centre on Finaghy Road North (Access via Church Gateway on Finaghy Road North just before the garage opposite the Church at junction with the Andersonstown Road).

The April talk is entitled “MARY BAILEY, THE AUDACIOUS IRISH AVIATRIX & HUGH LANE ART LOVER AND FLAMBOYANT DANDY”.” and the guest speaker will be Mr CLIVE SCOULAR
