Trócaire Gifts Of Love The Trócaire Gifts of Love sold really well in our parish this year. We will have a total for you soon.

PARISH HALL The Seniors Tea Morning will recommence this Wed 8th Jan after the 10am Mass . All welcome

EUCHARISTIC ADORATION Members of the Diocesan Apostolate of Eucharistic Adoration will be speaking at the Masses next weekend (11th & 12th Jan). Please consider volunteering for this important Parish prayer initiative for the Jubilee Year of Hope.

WHAT’S ON…

PASTORAL COMMUNITY  PILGRIMAGE Our Pastoral Community now has full details of our proposed pilgrimage  to Rome, 29th September- 4th October 2025, the Jubilee Year.  The price is £1345 per person sharing, staying in the Hotel Campanelle Appia Park. Note that prices are higher than usual this year because of the Jubilee.  This price includes- Return flights Dublin – Rome, Breakfast and dinner each day,  A full programme of spiritual activities/ visits. Black Mountain Older Men’s Group Over 55yrs, Chat, board games, talks on Men’s Health, light craft work, some outing and much more. Glen Community Centre, Carrigart Ave, BT 11 Starting at 12noon, light lunch and plenty of tea and Craic.

 

PIONEER MASS Bishop Alan McGuckian will celebrate Mass in St Mary’s, Chapel Lane, Belfast at 5:30pm on Saturday 11 January to mark the 125th anniversary of the Pioneer Association. Pioneers and friends of the PTAA are all welcome to attend.

 

First Saturday Devotions St. Matthias’s Church, Glen Road @ 3.00 p.m.  First Saturday of each month.  Adoration of the Blessed Sacrament, Confessions,  Act of Consecration, 4.00 p.m.—Holy Sacrifice of the Mass
