Last week’s Weekly Offertory Promise Collectionamounted to £2463.00

The collection for the Education of Diocesan Students to the Priesthood amounted to £630.00

SECURITY Police would like us to mention the recent spate of burglaries which have taken place in the local area.

Please remain vigilant concerning your home security and look at ways of securing your home and property.

There is a small supply of leaflets regarding home and personal security left in the church for you to take home.

PARKING Following an incident at the 12.30pm Mass last Sunday 22nd May where an ambulance could not gain access to the church grounds, we would ask you to please park on designated bays only. We would also like to remind you to be considerate of neighbours when parking in st agnes’ drive. Thank you for your co-operation

ANNUAL DIOCESAN PILGRIMAGE TO KNOCK Sunday 12th June led by bishop Anthony Farquhar. Coach leaves St Anne’s at 8am returning approx at 10.30pm. Morning coffee, scones and evening meal in the Killyhevlin Hotel. Cost £33. Please contact Rose on 07738639388.

CHRIST THE REDEEMER PARISH MISSION  You are warmly invited to Christ the Redeemer Parish Mission in preparation for a member of our parish family, James O’ Reilly’s Ordination to the priesthood on Sunday 12th June 2016.

Each night we will begin at 7.30pm in Christ the Redeemer Church, Lagmore. All welcome.

St Mary’s C.B. Grammar School GL Registration Event-Current Primary 6 Pupils and their parents are invited to attend on Thursday 9th June 2016 between 3.30-5.30pm. ST MICHAEL THE ARCHANGEL PARISH’S 40th Anniversary Mass will take place at 6.30pm on Saturday the 4th of June followed by Capella Caeciliana in concert at 7.45pm.  Admission is free, all welcome!

THE FOURTH LIVING CHURCH LOUGH DERG THREE DAY PILGRIMAGE: Will take place this year from Friday 1st July to Sunday 3rd July 2016. The pilgrimage will be the traditional three day format.  Those who took part in the pilgrimage over the last few years spoke of the many blessings they received from being on the island of Lough Derg, as countless people have throughout the years. There is quietness and deep spirituality to be found there that is very special. Please consider coming along in this the Year of Mercy.

The cost of the pilgrimage is £60.00.  The cost does not include travel to the island. For details of travel arrangements and to book a place please call the Living Church Office on 02890690920 or email livingchurch@downandconnor.org  by Friday 17th June.
