WEEKLY ENVELOPES If anyone is placing their offering into a plain envelope please consider using the St Agnes’ official weekly envelopes which are available in the Sacristy or Office Thank you. Also could we ask all parishioners who have St Agnes’ boxes that you write your name and address on the back of the weekly envelope for a couple of weeks in order to keep our records up to date.
FEAST OF CORPUS CHRISTI VIGIL MASS 6pm Saturday 28th May 2016.
Fr Mc Glynn will re-commission ministers of Holy Communion for a period of one year from the feast of Corpus Christi May 28th 2016to the feast of Corpus Christi 2017. If you have any points you would like to discuss, please contact Dan Donnelly.
CHURCH CLEANING: St Agnes’ require a number of volunteers to clean the church on a regular basis. If you could spare an hour of your time once or twice a week it would be greatly appreciated. If interested please leave your name and contact details in the Sacristy or Parish Office. Thank you.

DATES FOR CEMETERY SUNDAYS
City Cemetery: Today ( Sun ) 15th May – gather at graves at 3pm; sound will be throughout the cemetery; the Service will be led from St John’s Church to facilitate the elderly or infirm or those who wish to gather there. Graves at the bottom part of the Cemetery will be blessed during the Service, with the Glenalina section blessed at approximately 3.30 pm
Hannahstown Cemetery: 29th May at 3 pm
The Rock Cemetery: 5th June at 3 pm
The Annual Knights of St Columbanus St Oliver’s Walk, visiting seven beautiful churches in Drogheda, will be held on both Friday May 27th and Saturday May 28th. The Camino style walk starts from Our Lady of Lourdes Church and follows a 3.2km route finishing at St Peter’s Church where the National Shrine of St Oliver Plunkett is located. Walkers can complete the walk at their own pace or even over the two days and they will get their Camino style passport stamped at each church. Full details on www.stoliverswalk.com
