Last week’s Weekly Offertory Promise Collection amounted to £2150.00

NEW PARISH CENTRE – Renovation work has commenced on our new Parish Centre and we are hoping it will be in use by the beginning of October.

THE APOSTOLIC WORK Will be having their Annual Church door collection on Saturday 3rd and Sunday 4th October. Your continued support is greatly appreciated.

ANNUAL LEGION OF MARY ROSARY PROCESSION Will take place on Sunday 4th October 2015. The procession leaves St Johns Church, Falls Road, at 3pm and will process to St Michael the Archangel Church where there will be a short service of Benediction. Refreshments will be available afterwards. Rosary beads and leaflets provided. All are welcome. Please gather at Saint Johns Church at 2.45pm.

THE GOOD SHIP LOLLIOP — APPEAL FOR CHILD REFUGEES.  The Belfast children’s charity Tuesday’s Child is working with catholic missionaries in Sicily to help child refugees rescued in the Mediterranean. Funds will go towards providing essential aid items and care for children, young people and their families and helping high risk children who come in unaccompanied on the boats. Tuesday’s Child gives 100 % donations received plus gift aid.  YOUTH 2000 Invites all young adults between the age of 16-35 to a catholic weekend retreat  taking place from 16th —18th October at Lough Derg. This weekend is being organised by young people for young people. Parental consent is essential for all those under 18. All meals are provided for and accommodation is on site!
