Church Cleaning: St Agnes’ require a number of volunteers to clean the church on a regular basis. If you could spare an hour of your time once or twice a week it would be greatly appreciated. If interested please leave your name and contact details in the Sacristy or Parish Office. Thank you.

Drumalis Retreat : A peaceful location for an overnight stay to recharge your Batteries. October 3rd/4th 2015. If you haven’t been you don’t know what your missing! All welcome. Contact Pat on 90 617082

Molly has started her Annual Collection to support the sick to attend the Diocesan Pilgrimage to Lourdes. All proceeds welcome.

Action MS Northern Ireland: Kathleen Herald would like to thank the people of Andersonstown for supporting her on her marathon walk for  MS. The collection amounted to £1600.00   Thank you

Lough Derg Pilgrimage Season

Opens Saturday 2nd May with One Day Retreats which continue on 3, 4, 9, 10, 12, 16, 17, 19, 23, 25, 25 of May.  Advance booking is essential.  The Three Day Pilgrimage season begins on Friday 29th May.  You can begin the Three Day Pilgrimage any day between 29th May and 13th August. Summer Programme at the Pontifical Irish College, Rome

Two courses, one for parishioners and one for priests, are scheduled to take place this September.  These courses provide participants with an opportunity to experience Rome, deepen their theological awareness and enjoy a time of guided reflection and prayer. The Course for Parishioners takes place from 7th — 11th September and will focus on the challenge of handing on the faith today.  The Course for Priests takes place from 14th — 18th September and will offer reflections on topics such as prayer, preaching, the promotion of vocations to the Priesthood and the overall care of the priest in the context of new pastoral challenges

Annual Pilgrimage and Mass on St Patrick’s Mountain, Saul will take place on Sunday 14th June at 3.00pm. Bishop Noel Treanor will be the CelebrantBishop Noel Treanor will be the Celebrant.

St Anne’s Parish invites you to a VIGIL on Wednesday 27th May in St Anne’s Church, 7pm-9pm to PRAY for Reverend CONOR MC CARTHY whose Ordination will take place on Sunday, 28th June 2015. All are welcome to join in this Prayer Service of Adoration, Testimonies, Readings, Intercessions, Benediction and Veneration of Our Blessed Lady.

To celebrate Habitat for Humanity Northern Ireland’s 21st Anniversary “ The Priests” are performing a fundraising concert in Armagh RC Cathedral on Friday May 29th at 7.30pm.  Tickets cost £20 and are available at www.habitatni.co.uk or from the Armagh Parish Office 028 37 52 2813.

REMINDERS Cemetery Sundays 

Milltown— Sunday, 24th May – Prayers and blessing of graves will be held at 3 pm.

Hannahstown — Sunday, 31st May at 3 pm – Mass will be celebrated in the grounds of St Joseph’s Cemetery, followed by the Blessing of the Graves.

St Peter’s, the Rock — Sunday, 7th June at 3 pm – prayers and blessing of graves.
