We would like to thank Fr. Alphonsus Doran CSsR for his wonderful preaching throughout our Parish Novena. And to thank all those in our parish teams who contributed to making the Novena such a great success.

Ash Wednesday Mass Times: (Wednesday 18th February) 10am and 7.30pm. Ashes will be distributed during Mass.

SureStart Baby Drop-In & Antenatal Clinic: Takes  place in St Agnes’ Parish hall each Thurs from  10am-12pm. If you are pregnant, or have just had a baby come along and meet the Midwife and Health Visitor.

St Agnes’ Seniors: Recently held a security awareness day and have been successful in obtaining a grant to provide security rings for vulnerable people within the parish. For more information contact Colette at Parish Office 02890 6515702 ( Limited stock available )

Lent 2015: Are you thinking of becoming alcohol-free this Lent?  Do you feel we live in a drinks culture? Are you concerned about alcohol abuse? If so, we invite you to take a temporary pledge with the Pioneer Association, say a short prayer daily and offer up your decision not to take alcohol for the sake of someone else, perhaps someone who is living with addiction. A special Spring Retreat: will take place in Tobar Mhuire Retreat and Conference Centre, Crossgar on Sunday 1 March 2015.  This is being organised by the Diocesan Pioneer Council and the cost for the full day is £25.00.  This retreat is open to everyone but spaces are limited.   For booking or further information, please contact the Pioneer Office on 028 90894070 or email dandcpioneers@gmail.com.
