What’s on locally
The Feast of Divine Mercy will be celebrated in St Peter’s Cathedral, Falls Road, on Sunday 37th April at 2.30pm. The rosary will be followed by the Divine Mercy Chaplet and Holy Mass. Confessions available. Car parking available.
The Crucifixion: This evening, Sunday 13th April at 7pm the St Polycarp’s Parish Choir will be performing Stainer’s The Crucifixion, along with Fr. Martin O’Hagan from The Priests as tenor soloist and Nigel McClintock Director of Music of St. Peter’s Cathedral, Belfast as organist.
The Annual Diocesan Liturgy Seminar, entitled “ Rediscovering the Word of God” will be held on Saturday 10th May 2014 from 1pm – 4.30pm in St Anne’s Parish Centre, Kingsway, Finaghy, Belfast BT10 0NE. It will be conducted by Bro. Pat Mullins O.Carm. The Seminar is open to all, and will be especially interesting to Ministers of the Word. By Gift Aiding your contributions the parish can receive a further 20% from HM Revenue and Customs. This increases our annual contribution considerably at no cost to the contributor. This Gift Aid also covers the extraordinary collections of the year such as the monthly contribution to priests’ welfare and collections for Trocaire, the Diocesan Care Homes, and the Missions, etc.
To be eligible for Gift Aid all you need to ensure is that you pay at least as much UK tax as the amount of tax the Parish is reclaiming. Gift Aid Declaration forms are available from the Parish Office.

Forms are available from the Parish Office for anyone wishing to contribute to the Parish by this means. This method of payment can also be Gift Aided.
