”˜The activity of the Pontifical Mission Societies (World Missions Ireland) is meant to animate and deepen the missionary conscience of every baptised Christian and of every community, by reminding them of the need for a more profound missionary formation of the whole people of God and by encouraging the Christian community to contribute to the spread of the Gospel in the world.’ (Pope Francis — Message for Mission Sunday 2013, Sect. 5). Please include a prayer for all missionaries in your prayers and give what you can in the collection today so that World Missions Ireland can continue to contribute to the support of our young churches of the south.
