Homelessness charity The Welcome Organisation would like to express its sincere thanks to Kathleen Herald and everyone from St Agnes’ Parish who donated to Kathleen’s 9-mile walk in the Belfast Marathon on May 5. Kathleen raised an amazing £1954.26 for the charity. The money will go towards The Welcome Organisation’s range of services for people affected by homelessness in Belfast, including our Drop-in Centre on Townsend Street and our Street Outreach service. MASS CANCELLATIONS IN ST AGNES Masses will be cancelled on the following dates this week: Mon 20th May-Thurs 23rd May inclusive.

CONGRATULATIONS to the boys and girls of Holy Child Primary School who received the Sacrament of the Eucharist for the first time at their First Holy Communion Mass last Saturday. And a big thank you to everyone who helped with the preparation.

Rosary at the Grottos for Faith and Life Ave Ave Ave Maria! There will be a rosary at Our Lady of Lourdes grotto St Mary’s, Chapel Lane, Belfast Every evening in May at the following times: Mon – Thu 6.00pm, Fri 6.30 p.m., Sat 5.30 p.m. Entrance to the grotto is through the side door of the church.
