As part of the Vocations Novena, we encourage you to pray these prayers each day:

God, our Father, may one of our family open their heart to the prompting of your Holy Spirit and answer your call to serve as priest in our Church and respond to your invitation “Come Follow Me!”

God, our Father at the very beginning of your Church your Son Jesus chose twelve apostles to continue your work. Send your Holy Spirit into the hearts of those you call to priesthood. Fill them with wisdom, reverence, understanding and knowledge that they may discern your will and that they may come to the joy of knowing you and of responding to your invitation “Come Follow Me!”

CONCLUSION OF THE DIOCESAN NOVENA FOR VOCATIONS
The Diocesan Novena has been a wonderful opportunity for us to come together, in churches and homes across the Diocese, to pray for Vocations to the Priesthood here in Down & Connor.
Everyone is very welcome to the Cathedral this Good Shepherd Sunday evening (12th May) at 5pm when the Novena will be brought to a conclusion by Bishop Treanor with the celebration of Evening Prayer.
