FANCY FAYRE Father Christmas will be visiting Fancy Fayre this Sunday 8th Dec from 12pm-2.30pm to help us thank all our customers for their continued support throughout the year. This is a completely free event and each child will be given a small gift from Santa. Looking forward to seeing you.

ST AGNES’ ANNUAL CHRISTMAS DINNER: The Christmas Dinner list is now complete. Buses will leave St Agnes’ after the 12.30pm Mass on Sunday 15th December to arrive at the Ballymac Hotel for 1.30-1.45pm. A two course meal and entertainment will be provided. Buses will leave again at 5.30pm for drop off back at St Agnes’.

St Agnes Christmas Card with all the Christmas and New Year Mass times will be available from next weekend.

St Vincent de Paul Annual Appeal   St Agnes’ SVP are holding their Annual Christmas Appeal this weekend. Please consider supporting this collection as it assists those less well off in the parish during this financially stressful period. Many thanks for all your generous support throughout this past year.

A Celtic Christmas by CandlelightJoin the award-winning St Agnes’ Choral Society for a Celtic Christmas on Friday 13th December at 7.45pm in St. Peter’s Cathedral, Belfast. With donations in aid of Belfast City Hospital’s Renal Unit, the company will take you on a journey with some beautiful Christmas music, thoughts and reflections. They are delighted to be joined by South Down Choral Society and Schola Cantorum. The annual Christmas Carol Service organised by  St. Dominic’s  Past pupils’ Union  will take place at  7.30pm  on MONDAY 16th  DECEMBER in St. Dominic’s Grammar School. Donations to St. Vincent de Paul.

The Live Crib at St. Mary’s Visit The Live Crib at St. Mary’s Grotto, Chapel Lane Belfast, opening Fri 13th to Tue 24 Dec and from Sat 28th Dec to Mon 6 Jan ‘20 from 10.30 a.m. to 6 p.m. and on 19th and 23rd Dec to 8 p.m. Come along and meet Mary, Joseph and Baby Jesus, the shepherds and the animals. The three wise men will arrive on 6th January. Carols at 2 p.m. and 5p.m.  Schools groups, choirs and carol singers welcome. Proceeds to Tuesday’s Child Following Yonder Star Christmas Appeal for children in Gaza, Syria, Kenya and Sudan. Prayers at the crib each day for peace for every child, born and unborn.
